Indian Well State Park is a public park in Shelton, Connecticut. It covers about 153 acres along the west bank of Lake Housatonic, a part of the Housatonic River. The park features a 15-foot horsetail waterfall with a splash pool at the bottom. It was created in 1928 when the state bought about 150 acres of riverfront from the Ousatonic Water Power Company. Since the 1990s, it has hosted annual regattas by the New Haven Rowing Club. A blue-blazed Paugussett Trail runs through the park. A boat launch gives access to Lake Housatonic, a Bass Management Lake with smallmouth and largemouth bass, white catfish, white perch, yellow perch, American eel, sunfish, and carp. The park also has lifeguarded swimming and picnicking facilities.
