Imashpania is a genus of moths in the family Tortricidae. It has only one species, Imashpania mashpinana. This moth is found in Ecuador, in the Pichincha and Carchi provinces. The wingspan is about 22 millimeters. Imashpania mashpinana was described in 2008 by Razowski and Wojtusiak and belongs to the tribe Cochylini within Tortricidae. The binomial name is Imashpania mashpinana.
