Illinois Route 41 (IL 41) is a north–south highway in rural west-central Illinois. It runs 37.53 miles from U.S. Route 136 near Macomb north to U.S. Route 34 and Illinois 164 in Galesburg. The road is maintained by the Illinois Department of Transportation and passes through McDonough, Fulton, and Knox counties.

IL 41 begins at US 136 near the Nine-Mile Y just east of Macomb, heads north, and intersects IL 95 east of Bardolph. It continues to Bushnell, where it runs briefly with IL 9, then turns north toward Prairie City. After Prairie City it heads into Fulton County, passes Avon, and enters Knox County. It goes through St. Augustine (near IL 116) and Abingdon before entering western Galesburg, where it ends at the US 34/IL 164 interchange on the west side of town.

The route roughly follows the CB&Q railroad south of Galesburg and is part of the same line used by Amtrak trains. IL 41 follows the original SBI Route 41 from 1918, with only minor changes since then, mainly near Galesburg. In Galesburg, the road comes in from Linwood Road and ends at the US 34/IL 164 interchange on the west side of town.
