Hundred of Cotton is a cadastral division in the County of Chandos, South Australia. It was established in 1894 and covers about 560.1 square kilometres. It sits in the Murray Mallee region at coordinates 35.25°S, 140.35°E.

The hundred was named on 4 January 1894 for George Witherage Cotton, a former member of the South Australian Legislative Council (1882–1892).

The traditional owners of the land are the Ngargad Aboriginal people. Explorer Edward Eyre passed through the area during his 1840–41 journey.

Within the hundred were the former towns of Kulkami, Mulpata and Wilkawatt. Today, most of the hundred lies to the west of Lameroo, with the southwestern quarter in Parrakie. Neither Lameroo nor Parrakie town centres are inside the hundred.
