Hossein Shams (Persian: حسین شمس), born 6 April 1961 in Saveh, Iran, is an Iranian futsal coach and former footballer. He began his playing career with Majd as a youth, then played for Vahdat (1980–1987), Setad Moshtarak (1987–1988), and Tehranjavan (1988–1990). He started coaching in 1990, working as an assistant at Vahdat (1990–1993) and Bank Melli (1993–1995). He later held head coaching roles with Fath (1995–1998), the Iran national futsal team (1998–2000 and 2006–2011), Pas (2000–2002), Bahrain (2002–2003), and Kuwait (2003–2006). After 2011, he coached Tasisat Daryaei (2013), Dabiri (2014), Mes Sungun (2015), Azad University (2016), Giti Pasand (2017), and served as technical director at Ghand Katrin in 2022.
