Towarowa 39
Towarowa 39, also known as Delta 4, is a residential high-rise in Poznań, Poland. It is 73 meters tall with 22 floors above ground and 2 underground levels for parking. The building has 180 apartments and 230 underground parking spaces. The roof has a terrace for residents. It is the fourth tallest building in Poznań and the tallest residential building in the city. The tower is in the Centrum district near Poznań Główny railway station, the Old Town, and Stary Browar. It was designed by the Architectural Studio of Ewa and Stanisław Sipiński and built by the developer Ataner. Construction started in January 2017 and finished in September 2020, taking about three years.
