Hilda Margarita Ochoa-Brillembourg (born 1945 in Caracas, Venezuela) is a Venezuelan businesswoman. She founded Strategic Investment Group (SIG) in 1987 and serves as its president and chief executive officer. She was the World Bank’s chief investment officer and asset-liability advisor. She is the managing director of Ashmore EMM LLC and serves on the boards of several organizations, including the Atlantic Council, General Mills, Harvard Management Company, the McGraw-Hill Companies, the National Symphony Orchestra, and the Washington Opera, and she chairs The Orchestra of the Americas.
