Henry Ludvig Larsen (16 August 1891 – 20 January 1969) was a Norwegian rower who competed in the 1912 and 1920 Olympic Games. In 1912 he was the bowman in Norway's coxed four, which was eliminated in the semi-finals; some sources list the crew as bronze medalists. Eight years later, at the Antwerp Games, he won a bronze medal with the Norwegian coxed four.
