Harrison Township is a rural township in Potter County, Pennsylvania. It covers about 36.4 square miles, almost all land. The population was 1,028 at the 2020 census, with an estimated 1,020 in 2021.

Geography and location
Harrison Township sits in the northeastern corner of Potter County. It borders New York to the north, Tioga County to the east, Hector Township to the south, and Bingham Township to the west. The area operates on Eastern Time (EST in winter, EDT in summer).

Population and housing (demographics)
As of the 2000 census, Harrison Township had 1,093 people, 408 households, and 301 families. The population density was about 30.3 people per square mile. The racial makeup was roughly 98.5% White, with small percentages of other races. About 34.8% of households had children under 18, 63.2% were married couples, 26.2% were non-families, and 23.8% of households were individuals. The average household size was 2.61 and the average family size was 3.07. The median age was 36 years.

Income and poverty
The median household income was about $28,393, and the median family income was about $34,844. Males had a median income of around $26,250 compared with $19,511 for females. The per capita income was about $12,550. Around 12% of families and 13% of the population were below the poverty line, including about 15% of those under 18 and 10% of those 65 or older.
