Harrisburg is a small city in Linn County, Oregon, United States. It was incorporated in 1866 and covers about 1.45 square miles, with most of that being land and a little water, at an elevation of about 315 feet.

As of 2020, about 3,652 people live in Harrisburg, with a population density of roughly 2,611 people per square mile. The median age is 37.0, with about a quarter of residents under 18 and around 13% 65 or older. The population is nearly evenly split between men and women, and most homes are owner-occupied.
