Harris O'Connor
Harris David O'Connor (born 28 May 2002) is a Scottish football defender who plays for the Missouri State Bears. He trained with Charlton Athletic, Kilmarnock and Rangers before joining Charlton's senior team.
In 2021 he was loaned to Brechin City, where he made 12 appearances. After being released by Rangers, he rejoined Charlton Athletic in November 2021 and signed a contract extension in June 2022. He made his Charlton debut on 31 August 2022 in a 3–0 EFL Trophy win over Gillingham, starting and playing 67 minutes. It was announced on 13 May 2023 that he would leave Charlton when his contract expired in June.
O’Connor spent a loan spell at Hemel Hempstead Town during the 2022–23 season, making 11 appearances and scoring 1 goal. On 26 July 2023, he joined the Missouri State Bears in the United States.
Internationally, O’Connor has represented Scotland at youth level: 7 caps for the U16s and 1 cap for the U17s. He made his U16 debut against Poland on 18 September 2017 and his U17 debut against Russia on 21 August 2018.
