Harmațca is a village in the Dubăsari District in the region known as Transnistria, Moldova. Legally it is part of Moldova, but since 1990 it has been administered by the breakaway Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (Transnistria).

The village sits about 47.42°N, 29.09°E and is roughly 49 meters above sea level. Historically, Harmațca was a private Polish village known as Harmackie or Harmaczka, owned by noble families. Over the centuries it belonged to various states: it was part of Polish-Lithuanian lands, then annexed by Russia, and in the 20th century became part of the Moldavian Autonomous Oblast and later the Moldavian SSR. Romania governed the area briefly from 1941 to 1944 during World War II.

In 2004, the population was about 1,271 people: 1,131 Moldovans (Romanians), 108 Ukrainians and 18 Russians.
