Grimsthorpe is a small hamlet in Lincolnshire, England, in the South Kesteven district. It sits on the A151 road, about 3 miles northwest of Bourne, and is part of the civil parish of Edenham, governed by the Edenham Grimsthorpe Elsthorpe & Scottlethorpe Parish Council. Grimsthorpe Castle lies about 500 yards to the west.

Historically, Grimsthorpe is on the River Glen and was described as a hamlet in Edenham parish with around 135 people. Grimsthorpe Park was the seat of the Duke of Ancaster and later of Lord Willoughby de Eresby, built largely by the Duke of Suffolk to entertain Henry VIII, and surrounded by a large, ornate park. Nearby stood Vaudey Abbey, a Cistercian monastery founded in 1147 and dissolved in 1536; its abbey and quarries became part of Grimsthorpe Park. The park is mentioned in the Domesday Book.

Today, most people work in farming, at Grimsthorpe Castle, or at the Black Horse public house in the village.
