Hanzade Doğan Boyner (born 1972 in Istanbul) is a Turkish businesswoman, philanthropist and e-commerce pioneer. She founded Hepsiburada, often called “The Amazon of the East,” and chairs the Doğan Online Group, the largest online business in the region. She is also the vice chairwoman of Doğan Holding, a major Turkish conglomerate, and formerly led the Doğan Media Group, which includes the Posta newspaper.

Globally recognized for her impact on tech and digital transformation in Turkey, Forbes named her one of the world’s most successful women tech entrepreneurs in 2019, and Fortune Turkey credits her with driving the country’s digital shift. She speaks at international forums and serves on the boards of Brookings Institution and Columbia Business School, and helped found the Global Relations Forum.

Her father is Aydın Doğan, founder of Doğan Holding. She studied at Lycée Français Saint-Michel, earned a BA from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Columbia University. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in London, then launched Doğan Online and founded Hepsiburada and Nesine (a leading sports betting and online lottery company). Hepsiburada offers an integrated ecosystem with Hepsijet (delivery), Hepsipay (payments) and Hepsiexpress.

In 2017 she launched the Women’s Empowerment through Technology program to support thousands of women entrepreneurs. As president of the Aydın Doğan Foundation, she leads efforts to educate and empower girls, including scholarships and dormitories through the Dad, Send Me to School initiative.

Married to Osman Boyner since 2007, she is mother to two daughters.
