Great Songs from Stage & Screen is Seth MacFarlane’s sixth studio album, released on August 28, 2020, by Republic and Verve Records. He teams up again with longtime producer Joel McNeely for a collection of songs from film and theatre, featuring works by Rodgers & Hammerstein, Cole Porter, Lerner and Loewe, and Henry Mancini.

The majority of the recordings were done at Abbey Road Studios in 2019–2020, with much of the post-production completed at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. MacFarlane describes the album as a lighter, repertoire-style set meant to soothe and uplift listeners, opting for less familiar show tunes alongside some well-known standards.

Bruce Broughton arranged and conducted the orchestra, bringing in members of the John Wilson Orchestra to contribute. The project received generally favorable reviews, with AllMusic highlighting the deeper song choices and confident performances, and Arts Fuse praising MacFarlane’s rendition of “Once Upon a Dream” as nostalgic and well executed. AllMusic credits Bruce Broughton as arranger and conductor.
