So Far is a 55-minute Grateful Dead music documentary released in 1987. It was directed by Jerry Garcia and Len Dell'Amico and offers a subjective look at the Grateful Dead experience. The soundtrack features performances mostly from 1985, including a December 31, 1985 concert and a rehearsal. The visuals mix the band playing with other Dead-related material, computer animation, and edited found footage.
