Goin' Home is the second album by tubist Bob Stewart, with his First Line Band. It was recorded in December 1988 at RPM Studios in New York City and released in 1989 on the JMT label. The album runs 49 minutes and 40 seconds and was produced by Stefan F. Winter. In Stewart's discography, it follows the 1988 album First Line and precedes Then and Now (1996). All compositions are by Bob Stewart unless otherwise noted. AllMusic's Scott Yanow called the music stimulating and often surprising, and generally more accessible than one might expect.
