Giorgio Frezzolini (born 21 January 1976 in Rome) is a retired Italian football goalkeeper. He came through Lazio’s youth system but never played for the first team, spending his early career on loan to smaller clubs. In 1995 Inter signed him as a backup keeper, and he was loaned to Trapani, Fidelis Andria, Udinese, Cosenza, A.C. Milan and Chievo during the following years. He made his Serie A debut for Udinese on 26 April 1998 against Roma. In 2001 he moved to Lecce in a co-ownership deal and later Lecce bought him outright.

From 2004 to 2009 he was Modena’s first-choice goalkeeper, making 176 league appearances. After a less successful season with Ascoli, Frezzolini joined Atalanta in 2010 as a backup to Andrea Consigli. He retired from professional football on 1 July 2015. He stands 1.86 meters tall and finished his career with 281 league appearances and 0 goals.
