Aloe angelica
A Aloe angelica, also known as Wylliespoort Aloe, is a tall aloe native to the Soutpansberg and Blouberg mountains in South Africa’s Northern Province. It grows as a single stem up to 3–4 meters high with green, fleshy leaves that bend backward. The flowers appear in compact clusters on branched stalks and start as red buds, turning yellow as they bloom. The species is listed in CITES Appendix II to help protect it.
