George P. Campbell (March 29, 1871 – date of death unknown) was an American college football and basketball coach, teacher, and athletics administrator. He was born in San Francisco and was the brother of Harvard All-American Dave Campbell.

Campbell studied at Worcester Academy (graduating in 1896) and Harvard (graduating in 1900). After Harvard, he taught at Worcester Academy for two years. In May 1902, he joined the Agricultural College of Utah (now Utah State University) as an athletics instructor and mathematics teacher, and he also taught physics.

He served as head football coach from 1902 to 1906, head basketball coach from 1903 to 1907, and athletic director from 1902 to 1907. His football coaching record was 12–16–2, and his basketball record was 6–15.

After leaving Utah Agricultural, Campbell worked for the United States Smelting and Mining Co. in the West and in Mexico from 1907 to 1910. In 1910, he was appointed superintendent of the State Industrial School for Boys at Shirley, Massachusetts, and he remained in that role until reaching the mandatory retirement age in 1942.
