George Holani (born December 16, 1999) is a running back and kickoff returner for the Seattle Seahawks. He was born in Auckland, New Zealand, and attended St. John Bosco High School in Bellflower, California. He played college football at Boise State from 2019 to 2023, where he was the Mountain West Freshman of the Year in 2019 and earned second-team All-Mountain West honors in 2019 and 2022. At Boise State, he rushed for 3,569 yards and 26 touchdowns and had 88 receptions for 777 yards and eight touchdowns. A highlight came in Week 10 of 2019 when he rushed for 126 yards and four touchdowns against San Jose State.

Holani declared for the 2024 NFL draft and joined the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent on May 3, 2024. He spent time on the practice squad and was promoted to the active roster later in 2024. He scored his first NFL touchdown on September 14, 2025, by recovering Seattle’s kickoff in the end zone against the Pittsburgh Steelers. On November 29, 2025, he was placed on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.

His parents are Tongan, and he grew up as one of eleven children, often helping with his siblings.
