Geoffrey de Clive (also Geoffrey de Clyve) was a medieval Catholic bishop who led Hereford from 1115 to 1119. He had been a royal clerk or chaplain to King Henry I before becoming bishop. He was consecrated on 26 December 1115 at Canterbury by Archbishop Ralph d'Escures. He died in February 1119 and was buried in Hereford Cathedral, where his effigy dates from the 14th century. The historian Frank Barlow described him as austere and not very generous to the poor. During his short time as bishop he reduced the number of prebends for the cathedral chapter and tried to improve the episcopal manors. The only surviving document from his episcopate is his profession of obedience to Archbishop Ralph. He succeeded Reynelm and was followed by Richard de Capella.
