While traveling together, their car breaks down in a forest, they seek shelter in an old house and are attacked by goons. Rajesh defeats the attackers but is arrested; he is released after one of the goons confesses. Neha then traps Rajesh in an isolated shack, nearly killing him, and reveals she can never sing again. Rajesh vows to help restore her voice and career, while Hari plots a grim end for Neha and her supporters.
