Garfield Hodder Williams OBE (21 November 1881 – 8 August 1960) was an English Anglican priest and church leader. Born in Bromley into a well-known publishing family, he studied at the City of London School and St Bartholomew's (Barts). He chose missionary work over medicine and was ordained in 1914. He served as Principal of St Andrew's College in Gorakhpur, India. During World War I he edited the War Journal while living in the United Provinces and was awarded the OBE in the 1919 New Year Honours. After the war he returned to England and taught at Rugby School. From 1924 to 1929 he was Secretary of the Missionary Council of the National Church Assembly. In 1929 he became Dean of Llandaff, and in 1931 he was appointed Dean of Manchester. He died on 8 August 1960.
