Fred Miller (born February 6, 1973) is a former American football offensive tackle who played in the NFL. He was born in Houston, Texas, and is 6 feet 7 inches tall and weighed about 320 pounds during his career. He attended Eisenhower High School in Houston and played college football at Baylor, where he earned All-SWC honors in 1994 and 1995. Baylor later inducted him into its Athletics Hall of Fame in 2010.

Miller was drafted in 1996 by the St. Louis Rams in the fifth round (141st overall). He played for the Rams from 1996 to 1999, the Tennessee Titans from 2000 to 2004, and the Chicago Bears from 2005 to 2008. He was part of the Rams team that won Super Bowl XXXIV.

In Super Bowl XXXIV, Miller helped protect the quarterback and did not allow a sack (one sack was negated by a penalty). He also had the Rams’ first reception of the game on a tipped pass, a rare moment for an offensive lineman. After the Rams, he joined the Titans for the 2000 season and later played for the Bears.

In 2005, Miller was involved in an incident with Bears teammate Olin Kreutz that left Miller with a broken jaw. The NFL fined both players $50,000.

The Bears released him on February 18, 2008, and he was re-signed by the team on September 10 of that year. After his playing career, Miller moved into coaching. He served as an assistant coach for North Shore Country Day School's varsity football team in 2011 and became co-head coach in 2012. He also coached for the North Shore Titans youth program.

Miller is married with two sons. His son Grant Miller played football at Baylor as a graduate transfer and signed with the Los Angeles Rams as an undrafted rookie in 2023. Miller’s career stats include 192 games played, 164 games started, and 4 fumble recoveries.
