Frank Kapfhammer Jr. (born April 13, 1971) is a former American stock car driver from Louisville, Kentucky. He competed in the ARCA Re/Max Series, racing 29 times over seven years. He never won a race or earned a top-ten finish. His best ARCA race finish was 14th at Nashville in 2006, and his best season finish was 46th in 2006.

Kapfhammer made his ARCA debut in 2002 at Kentucky Speedway, driving the No. 54 Chevrolet for his own team, K&M Motorsports, and finished 29th. He had a best finish that year of 16th at Nashville Superspeedway. In 2003 he attempted two races, failed to qualify at Nashville, and finished 32nd at Salem after a crash. In 2004 he ran six races, with a best of 19th at the second Kentucky event. In 2005 he tried seven races, with a best finish of 16th at Nashville and several entries that did not qualify. In 2006 he entered seven ARCA races, driving the No. 94 for two races and the No. 7 for the rest, with a best finish of 14th at Nashville. In 2007 he competed in six races, again with a best finish of 18th at Nashville. In 2008 he ran four races, with a best of 16th at Kentucky. He also raced in CRA Street Stocks events, finishing 12th at Winchester and 55th at Rockingham. He has not raced since.

His father, Francis Kapfhammer, was the first Long John Silver's franchisee and sponsored his racing; he later served as a board member and treasurer for the Long John Silver's Franchisee Association.
