Francis Kwadwo Gyefour
Francis Kwadwo Gyefour (born 17 March 1945) is a Ghanaian politician. He served as Member of Parliament for Krachi in the Volta Region from January 7, 1993 to January 7, 1997. He was first elected in 1992 on the National Democratic Congress (NDC) ticket, during Jerry John Rawlings’s presidency. In the 1996 election, Sampson Kwadwo Apraku won the seat with 31,055 votes (44.1%), defeating Jilimah Patrick Charity of the CPP (7,922 votes, 11.2%), Gyefour who ran as an independent (7,896 votes, 11.2%), Isaac K. Bruce-Mensah Phoyon (Independent) with 1,513 votes (2.1%), and John Ajet-Nasam of the NPP who received no votes.
