Francis "Frank" Findlay (4 February 1920 – 16 June 1963) was a Scottish cricketer and rugby union player.

He was born in Rubislaw, Aberdeenshire, and went to Robert Gordon's College before attending the University of Aberdeen. In 1939 he was part of the Aberdeen University Officers' Training Corps and was injured while training at Aboyne in July.

Findlay played club cricket for Aberdeenshire and appeared in two first-class matches for Scotland in 1948, against Warwickshire at Edgbaston and Ireland at Glasgow. He scored a total of 9 runs, with a top score of 6, and took 1 catch. He also played rugby union for Gordonians RFC.

Professionally, he was a schoolteacher. In 1950 he took a teaching post in Anglo-Egyptian Sudan, which ended his international cricket career. He returned to Scotland by 1953 and resumed playing for Aberdeenshire.

Findlay died in a car accident in Kilmarnock on 16 June 1963. His brother Tom Findlay was also a first-class cricketer.
