FixMeStick Technologies Inc. is a Canadian company based in Montreal, founded in 2011. It makes two USB devices: FixMeStick, a virus-removal tool you plug into a computer to scan and remove infections (launched May 9, 2012; works with Windows and macOS); and StartMeStick, a USB stick that lets you start a computer with its own operating system (launched November 2019). Both products are sold worldwide online and in stores.

The founders, Corey Velan and Marty Alguire, appeared on CBC’s Dragons’ Den twice: first on January 15, 2014, asking for CAD 500,000 for 20% equity; again on November 26, 2020, asking for CAD 1,000,000 for 20% equity to pitch StartMeStick.

FixMeStick has a 4 out of 5 star rating and an editor’s rating of “excellent” from PC Magazine.
