First Trust Building and Garage, also known as Lloyd's Bank, is a historic 1927 building in Pasadena, California, on Colorado Boulevard. It was designed by Cyril Bennett and Fitch Haskell (Bennett & Haskell) and blends Mediterranean Revival, Renaissance Revival, and Beaux-Arts styles. The exterior features decorative stonework, a red-tile hip roof with a cupola, and a frieze and balustrade on the south side. Inside, murals depict scenes from Pasadena.

Caltech professor R. R. Martel designed its earthquake-proof support system, using steel beams and reinforced concrete. This approach was an important early advancement in earthquake-resistant construction and later became a standard method. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987 (reference number 87000941).
