The Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress is given every year by Filmfare to recognize a female actor’s outstanding performance in a supporting role in Hindi cinema. The category started in 1955, with the first winner being Usha Kiran for Baadbaan. The current holder (as of 2025) is Chhaya Kadam for Laapataa Ladies.
