Filippa Eriksdotter Fleming (died 1578) was a Finnish noblewoman and landowner. She was the daughter of Erik Fleming and Hebbla Siggesdotter, and sister of Joakim Fleming and Klas Fleming; her aunt was Valborg Fleming. She inherited many estates in Sweden and in Swedish Finland, with Yläne manor in Pöytis, Finland as her main home. Filippa is best known for her will: she left Yläne manor to John III of Sweden, her Swedish estates to her niece Anna Fleming, and the rest to her fiancé Knut Jönsson Kurck. It was remarkable for an unmarried woman to make and have a will accepted, since she normally had no right to do so, and it also went against inheritance norms by excluding her brother.
