Felipe Hinestrosa Ikaka
Felipe Hinestrosa Ikaka was an Equatorial Guinean politician from the Benga people on Corisco island. He was born on May 17, 1951, and earned a degree in economics in Spain. He was Minister of Finance from January 1986 to September 1988, after which Teodoro Obiang Nguema replaced him. In 1992 he became vice-minister of economy and commerce, and in 1996 he was minister responsible for employment. He also led the Association of the Friends of Obiang Nguema. He died in 1997 or 1998, reportedly poisoned.
