Farkhlu (Persian: فرخ لو) is a small village in Angut-e Gharbi Rural District, Central District, Ungut County, Ardabil Province, Iran. It is in Iran Standard Time (UTC+3:30).

Population changes over the years:
- 2006: 25 people in 4 households (then part of Germi County’s Ungut District)
- 2011: 40 people in 7 households
- 2016: 17 people in 4 households

In 2019, Ungut County was created from Germi County, and the local district was renamed the Central District of Ungut County.
