Experian Credit Services Singapore Pte Ltd is a private credit and business information company in Singapore. It started in 1978 as DP Information Group and is headquartered in Singapore. The company is led by James Gothard, General Manager of Credit Services and Strategy for Southeast Asia.

What they do
- Collect and analyze credit histories for individuals and businesses through Experian Bureaux, covering over a billion records worldwide.
- Gather public information from sources like ACRA and the Singapore Courts to create credit reports.
- Provide reports to banks, law firms, and government agencies to help them lend responsibly and manage risk.
- Develop credit rating and scoring models, including a Singapore-specific model used by the Building and Construction Authority.
- Publish annual rankings such as Singapore 1000 & SME 1000 (and Singapore International 100 for overseas revenue).
- Run SME Advisory services to help local and foreign entrepreneurs set up businesses in Singapore.

History in brief
