Evans Bobie Opoku (born 1 December 1974) is a Ghanaian banker and politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Asunafo North in the Ahafo Region since January 2021. He was the Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports from 2021 to January 2025 under President Nana Akufo-Addo. He is a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He comes from Dadiesoaba in the Ahafo region. His education includes a Diploma in Adult Education (University of Ghana, 2002), a BA in Social Work and Psychology (University of Ghana, 2008), an MSc in Development Management (University of Cape Coast, 2012), and an LLB (2020). He completed BECE in 1990, SSSCE in 1993, and GCE in 1996.

Career and politics: He worked as a tutor (1997–1999), Credit Manager (2002–2006), and General Manager (2010–2016) at Ahafo Community Bank. In the 2020 elections, he won the Asunafo North seat with 34,684 votes, defeating Mohammed Haruna of the NDC who had 31,340. He has served as Bono-Ahafo regional minister and Ahafo regional minister, and was caretaker regional minister for the Bono-East region.

Parliamentary work: He sits on the Government Assurance Committee and the Environment, Science and Technology Committee. In 2020, he distributed Veronica buckets and other supplies to help with COVID-19 relief in his constituency.

Personal: He is a Christian and has four children. He lost the seat in the 2024 general elections to Mohammed Haruna.
