The Cathedral of the Epiphany-Union Church of Santo Domingo, also known as Catedral Episcopal de la Epifanía-Union Church de Santo Domingo, is a Protestant Anglican church in Gazcue, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. It is the seat of the Episcopal Diocese of the Dominican Republic and also hosts an interdenominational church. The church is located at Av. Independencia #253.

The current building was completed in 1930 but was largely destroyed by Hurricane San Zenón before it could be used. It was rebuilt with the insurance money. The Episcopal Church faced suppression during the dictatorship of Rafael Trujillo, and Epiphany’s vicar, Rev. Charles Raymond Barnes, was murdered for describing border killings in letters.

The Community Church of Santo Domingo was chartered on May 22, 1955 and met in the chapel of the International Hospital under Rev. Maurice Daily. There was an effort to work with Epiphany. By the early 1960s the English-speaking community declined and the Community Church was no longer self-supporting. In 1968 the Community Church began sharing Epiphany Church and its vicar, while holding separate worship services.

The Dominican Republic became a missionary diocese in the Episcopal Church in 1970. Rt. Rev. Telésforo Isaac became the first Dominican bishop of the Dominican Episcopal diocese in 1972. In 1974 the English-speaking congregations joined, with each congregation’s services on alternating Sundays, and Spanish-language Episcopal services were restarted. In 1978 the Community Church was renamed the Union Church of Santo Domingo, reflecting its interdenominational nature.

The church’s current bishop is Rt. Rev. Julio Holguin.
