Eotragus is an extinct, early member of the bovids (the group that includes antelopes, cows, and goats). It lived about 20–18 million years ago in the early Miocene, across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Eotragus was small and probably lived in woodlands. It is related to the modern nilgai and four-horned antelope.

Known species include E. sansaniensis, E. cristatus, E. halamagaiensis, E. noyei, E. artenensis, and E. lampangensis. E. sansaniensis was described in 1851 by Édouard Lartet from fossils found at Sansan in southwestern France; it was originally named Antilope sansaniensis before being moved to Eotragus.

E. lampangensis is thought to have lived in habitats between forests and grasslands, based on carbon isotope studies. Analyses of tooth wear suggest Eotragus was a browser, feeding on leaves rather than grazing grasses.
