Elmer Lago (born February 13, 1972) is a retired Filipino basketball player. He is 6 feet 3 inches tall and played as a shooting guard and small forward. Lago attended De La Salle and was drafted in 1995 by Formula Shell as the 11th overall pick in the second round.

He played in the Philippine Basketball Association from 1995 to 2005 for Formula Shell Zoom Masters, Purefoods Tender Juicy Hotdogs, Talk ’N Text Phone Pals, and Barangay Ginebra Kings.

Lago’s career highlights include winning the 1997 All-Filipino championship, being named a PBA All-Star in 1997, and earning the PBA Most Improved Player award in 1999. He is the younger brother of Dwight Lago.
