Edward Sullivan House
Edward Sullivan House is a small historic home in Winchester, Massachusetts. Built around 1875, it is a 1 1/2-story worker's cottage and the best-preserved example of a 19th-century worker's cottage in the town. The house is three bays wide with a side-gable roof and plain Italianate styling. Outside, it has little decoration except for a transom over the front door and a modest entablature. It was owned by Edward Sullivan, a stonemason, and sits near St. Mary's Catholic Church in a neighborhood where many Irish immigrants settled. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on July 5, 1989.
