Eberhard Westhofen
Eberhard Westhofen (1820–1892) was a German architect and building official. He worked as a country architect in Cologne until 1847, then as city architect in Düsseldorf. He married Johanna von Thenen in November 1850 and moved to a flat on Bolkerstraße. In 1854 he moved to Wasserstraße in Schwanenspiegel. He retired in 1888 and received the Fourth Class of the Order of the Red Eagle. His last residence was Grabbeplatz 2. He died in 1892.
