Duncombe baronets

There have been two Duncombe baronetcies, and both are now extinct.

The first, Duncombe of Tangley Park in Surrey, was created in 1662 for Francis Duncombe and ended in 1706 when the second baronet died. The Tangley Park line is connected to the Pauncefort-Duncombe family through Thomas Duncombe and his brother Roger Duncombe.

The second, Duncombe of Highfield in Driffield, Yorkshire, was created in 1919 for George Duncombe, a deputy lieutenant and justice of the peace for the East Riding of Yorkshire. He was the son of Admiral Arthur Duncombe, who was the younger son of Charles Duncombe, 1st Baron Feversham. George had no surviving male heirs, so the title ended when he died in 1933.
