Duillier is a small municipality in the district of Nyon, in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. It lies along the road between Nyon and Arzier. The town was first mentioned in 1145 as Duelliei.

Geography and people
Duillier covers 4.1 square kilometers and sits at 466 meters above sea level. About 75% of the land is used for farming, 7.8% is forest, and 16% is settled with buildings or roads. The population was 1,131 in December 2020. In 2008, around 23% of residents were foreign nationals. From 1999 to 2009, the population grew by about 19%.

Language and culture
The main language is French (about 79%). German and English are spoken by smaller groups. Duillier Castle and the tithe barn are listed as Swiss heritage sites of national significance.

Economy
Unemployment was about 4.2% in 2010. The municipality has more residents who work outside Duillier than commuters who come in. Most local jobs are in the services sector, with some in agriculture and construction.

Religion and education
In 2000, about 31.5% were Roman Catholic and 40.2% belonged to the Swiss Reformed Church, with small numbers of other beliefs and atheists. In the 2009–2010 school year, 152 students attended school in the Duillier district. The cantonal system provides pre-school, primary, and lower secondary education.
