Doug Crawford, born October 15, 1949, in Boston, Massachusetts, is a former American professional tennis player. He is 6 ft 2 in tall and played college tennis for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. On the pro tour in the 1970s, Crawford compiled a singles record of 18–48 and reached a career-high ranking of No. 117 on April 30, 1975. His best Grand Slam singles result was the third round of the 1977 US Open, where he defeated Nikola Špear and Francisco González. In doubles, he went 6–27, with a best Grand Slam result of the French Open second round in 1975.
