Dolors Lamarca y Morell (born 19 October 1943 in Granollers, Catalonia) is a Catalan librarian and philologist. She studied Classical Philology at the University of Barcelona and library science at the School of Bibliology. In 1974 she joined the University of Barcelona as a Librarian in the Archivers, Librarians and Archaeologists department. She led the Library and Bibliographic Heritage Service of the Generalitat de Catalunya from 1980 to 1983, helping create the current Catalan library system, updating cataloging rules and opening new libraries. She was director of the Library of the University of Barcelona from 1984 to 2000, modernizing and computerizing the libraries. From 2004 to 2012 she directed the National Library of Catalonia, managing a large collection of more than three million documents and starting digitization projects to preserve and share Catalan heritage. She was married to Antoni Comas i Pujol (d. 1981) and they had three daughters.
