Dirty Diamonds is the seventeenth solo album and twenty-fourth studio album by American rock musician Alice Cooper. It was released internationally on July 4, 2005, and on August 2, 2005, in the United States. The recording took place at Future House Studios in Culver City, California, and Westside Independent Studios in Beverly Hills, California. The album runs 46 minutes and 46 seconds and features rock, hard rock, and heavy metal music. It was released by New West and Spitfire, and produced by Steve Lindsey and Rick Boston. In the charts, Dirty Diamonds reached #17 on Billboard's Top Independent Albums and #169 on the Billboard 200, Cooper’s highest peak on the 2000s main album chart since The Last Temptation 11 years earlier. It follows School's Out and Other Hits (2004) and precedes Live at Montreux 2005 (2006) in his discography.
