Deerbrook Mall is a large shopping center in Humble, Texas, a suburb northeast of Houston. It sits at the intersection of I-69/US 59 and FM 1960, near George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Opened in 1984, the mall covers about 1.2 million square feet on two floors (three levels in Dillard’s and Macy’s) and has around 120 stores. It’s owned and managed by GGP, a Brookfield Properties company.

Anchors and major stores include Dick’s Sporting Goods, AMC Theatres, JCPenney, Macy’s, Dillard’s, Forever 21, Round1, and Barnes & Noble. One anchor space formerly Sears is vacant and planned to become Score Entertainment.

Deerbrook Mall sits in Humble’s entertainment district, near many restaurants and cinemas, which brings heavy traffic at peak times.
