Davy Jones (album)
Davy Jones is the second solo studio album by English singer and actor Davy Jones. It was released in 1971, with recording taking place from 1970 to 1971. The bubblegum pop LP runs 32 minutes and 26 seconds and was released on Bell Records. The album includes the single Rainy Jane, which peaked at No. 52 on the Billboard Hot 100, while the album itself reached No. 205 on the Billboard Top Albums chart. Two singles were issued: Rainy Jane / Welcome To My Love (May 1971, UK only) and I Really Love You / Sitting In The Apple Tree (September 1971). Credits are taken from the CD liner notes.
