David Dunseath
David Dunseath was a Northern Irish swimmer who competed for Northern Ireland at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games. He was born on 20 March 1936 in Bangor, County Down, and died on 10 March 2004 in Bangor, aged 67. He swam for Bangor Swimming Club and studied at Queen’s University Belfast. He specialised in the breaststroke and could also swim butterfly. He finished third in butterfly at the 1956 Ulster championships. Dunseath represented Northern Ireland at the 1958 Games in Cardiff, competing in the 220 yards breaststroke and the medley relay.
