Damn Right, Rebel Proud is the fourth studio album by American country musician Hank Williams III, released on October 21, 2008. It came out on Sidewalk Records, a revived label from Curb, and was issued in two versions: a censored edition for major retailers and an uncensored Parental Advisory edition. The album runs about 50 minutes and 41 seconds and is Williams’s most successful release to date. It sits in his discography after Straight to Hell (2006) and before Rebel Within (2010).

Critical reception was mixed but generally positive. Slant Magazine praised its energy and its blend of country with metal and art-punk, while noting some scenes feel repetitive. PopMatters said the album lacks noticeable artistic growth but is passionate and powerful, with certain tracks like "P.F.F." and "3 Shades of Black" standing out. AllMusic considered it solid and comparable to Straight to Hell, commending Williams's weathered voice and the band’s tight performance, though criticizing the lyrics as overemphasizing outlaw themes. The Boston Globe highlighted some high-energy country moments like "Wild & Free" and "Me & My Friends" but criticized cliché rhymes and the heavy outlaw image.

All songs were written by Hank Williams III unless otherwise noted.
